It is inspired by the posthumous work of Francesc Gimeno, where he conveys his former home town of Sant Gervasi de Cassoles. It is a piece of work in which I try to imitate the usual vigour and freshness of the painter. Regarding the buildings that appear in the picture, there are still three houses left, the first house on the left, the last one of the street to the right and the one at the back; moreover, the rickety tower that dominates the composition, although obscured by new housing blocks.
